War Eagle ...

I made this card for Michael to give as thank you notes for graduation gifts.  The folks receiving these cards are all Auburn alumni.

Stamps:  mini-alphas by Paper Studio
Paper:  Tangerine Tango, Night of Navy, Garden Green, Chocolate Chip, White
Ink:  Tangerine Tango
Accessories:  Cricut Sports Mania cartridge, ribbon (non SU), hole punch
All products are SU unless otherwise noted.

There is a fellow stamper, Brenda, who also lives in Alabama and is a University of Alabama fan.  We are always joking about Auburn and Alabama colors and football ... she's a hoot!  Brenda, my friend, this one's for you!

This is the first time that I have made a card using only the Cricut.  I like it but I'm still a die-hard stamper.  I'm not always impressed with the little detailed cutting ... i.e. the football.  It could be the user and not the machine too.

Have a great day,
Pam~

Pam...love the card...but I wanted to chime in on your remarks about the cricut cutting...I, too, find that some of the cuts are just not clean. Brand new blades don't seem to make a difference, either...so I find that I'm avoiding most of the carts that have those sort of details. I am also a die-hard stamper, and will not use stickers (except for jewels, etc) and FEW Cricut cut-outs. I do love some punches, tho....anyway, love your work!

This is super, Pam!! Love the details - Auburn colors, pom poms/streamers and football theme. Love it!

OMG, do I have to comment on this one????? LOL
The colors are all wrong, the banner has the wrong lettering. The grass is o.k., though.

O.K., I have to admit you did a fine job on this card. I really need to get out my Cricut..just don't seem to have the time to do it with all the stamping I do. Go Bama!! Sorry, something just made me say that. HAHAHA
