Birthday Hoot

Once again posting this on the last day.  This card is for the Mod Squad Challenge which is to make your own background.  Thought I would pull out my Lots of Washi stamp set and attempt my background.  It started off straight and somewhere along the way I went caddywompus.  Character ... lots of character!

Stamps:  Birthday Hoot, Lots of Washi, Basket Additions 2 (GKD)
Paper:  White, Early Espresso (SU)
Ink:  Walnut (Lawn Fawn)
Accessories:  colored pencils (Prismacolor); OMS; Scan n Cut (Brother); oval die (Spellbinders); square embossing folder (Cuttlebug); glossy accents (Ranger); pop dots (Michaels)

Thought I would use a different medium other than my Copics.  They are still my favorite coloring tool.

Thanks for stopping by and as always ....

Have a great day!

Pam~

Caddywompus, huh? Ha Well, I don't see it but I do see how cute your card turned out. It's just an adorable way to wish a happy birthday. Your coloring is great...somehow, I don't do very well with pencils.

I think your background turned out neat. I didn't realize it was stamping at first, had to re-read what you typed! Cute owl and I like how the sentiment is tilted.
