Day of Gratitude ...

Wow, can't believe it has been over a month since my last post.  I have actually uploaded some cards to my Splitcoast page here.  Today's card is for The Sweet Stop sketch with a spin of Fall.  Here is what I came up with ...

Stamps:  Day of Gratitude (SU), Bountiful Harvest (Verve)
Paper:  Vanilla, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz (SU)
DP:  Reunion (MME)
Ink:  Tea Dye (Ranger)
Accessories:  Copics, ribbon, clear embossing powder, sponge dauber, pop dots, polka dot embossing folder (SU), circle dies (Spellbinders)

This is the inspiration ...

This is a square 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 card.  Always fun to make a different size card.  I did make sure that it would fit in a normal sized envelope so I don't have to pay extra postage ... call me cheap.

Tomorrow will be the last sketch for The Sweet Stop.  I'm sad to see them close their doors.  I have thoroughly enjoyed participating with them.

Thanks for stopping by and as always ...

Have a great day,
Pam~

Birthday Wishes

Finished my grocery shopping for Thanksgiving ... check!  The family will be together starting tomorrow afternoon ... check!  Getting my Christmas cards done on time ... check!  Yay, this is looking like a wonderful week for me.  I hope it is for you and your family too!

I have not been stamping as much lately (only Christmas cards) so have not been blogging too much.  There a few challenges I hope to participate in this week.  Today I wanted to show you a birthday card that I made and sent to some special people in my stamping community for their birthday.

Stamps:  Day of Gratitude, On Your Birthday
Paper:  Very Vanilla, Soft Suede, Baja Breeze
DSP:  Baja Breeze
Ink:  Baja Breeze Soft Suede
Accessories:  Spellbinders circle and scallop dies, vanilla ribbon (non-SU), Stamp-a-ma-jig, Rhinestones
All products are SU unless otherwise noted.

I love the color Baja Breeze so much.  It has become one of my all time favorites!  It coordinates with so many other colors too.

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!  I know we all have so much to be thankful for.  I'm very thankful for the wonderful people that I have met through stamping!

Happy Thanksgiving,
Pam~
