Birthday CASE ...

My other sister-in-law has a birthday on July 3rd and it crept up on me and I was not feeling creative.  The best solution for me ...  blog surfing. I ended up CASEing Gina K.'s card for Julie's special day.  I only changed the color scheme on my card but used the exact same layout.

Paper:  White, Ballet Blue,

Ink: Memento Black

Accessories:  Nestabilities circle and scallop dies, ribbon (non SU), pearls, Bic marker, Prismacolor marker
