An Aspirin a day ...

Today's card was given to my stamping buddy's husband who had to have surgery earlier this month.  I thought this stamp worked perfectly for what I wanted.  Unfortunately, he had to have bypass surgery and one of the requirements after this surgery is to take an aspirin everyday.

Stamps:  House Mouse, Simple Sayings
Paper:  Creamy Carmel, Really Rust, Close to Cocoa, White
Ink:  Really Rust, Black
Accessories:  ticket punch, button brad (non SU), Prismacolor markers
All supplies are SU unless otherwise noted.

A very simple card and I was pleased with the end result.  Sometimes the stamped image is all you need to show off.

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and got everything you wanted.  I did and had a great time with my family.  We had a beautiful white Christmas ... about 4 inches of snow.

Very unusual for those of us in Alabama.  We couldn't get to the early bird specials yesterday because of the weather.  So this morning it is off to the mall to see what kind of bargains we can find.

Have a great day,
Pam~

Perfect card for the bypass surgery patient. I'm from Alabama, too. I posted 3 pics on my blog of the snow. I'm in North Alabama. This is the first time I've seen a white Christmas.

Pam,

Such an adorable card, but sorry to hear about your husband's buddy. Your snow looks very pretty - we received about 24" here.
