Lucky Daffodil Island ...

This week the Pals at Pals Paper Arts invite you to play along in our color challenge ... Lucky Limeade, Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo.  So let these classy ladies get you started ...
LimeadeIndigoDaffodil

I love these colors and managed to make a card that could be for a guy ....  what do you think?

Stamps:  Ain't Love Grand, Button Button
Paper:  Daffodil Delight, Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, White
Ink:  Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, Black
Accessories:  striped embossing folder, reinkers, blender pen, ribbon, circle punches, dimensionals
All products are Stampin' Up!

  • I inked up the embossing folder with Island Indigo ink, added my white cardstock and then ran it through the machine.
  • The Button, Button set has turned out to be a very versatile set.
  • I used my reinkers and blender pen to color the image.
I'm digging circles right now.  There is just something about them that intrigues me when used on a card.  I hope you can find sometime to join in the fun this week.

Have a great day,
Pam~

Pam, I really love the indigo with the daffodil, but would never have thought to add the limeade. I really like the combo, and I love your indigo striped card. How clever. I've never done that technique but it always looks so cool. Your little guy is colored perfect too!So fun and cheery. Hugs.

Oops...a do over.

I really like how you inked that embossing folder....really pops out and looks great. The image is super to give a shout out for a happy birthday. Be careful with those circles...you can get dizzy going in circles. :-)

I was in your city this past weekend. I would have thought you would have cooled off the heat and humidity for my arrival...but it didn't happen. Geez! LOL

Love the color combination. Think it turned out great for a guy. The criss cross bow is a great accent. Really want to get that striped embossing folder. Is it hard to get to line up properly? And how hard is it to lay down your white paper when the folder is inked up?
