Even though the weather was not very good to be outside, it was a great day to stay inside and stamp. Guess what I did...just that! My stamping bud, Monica, came over and we got to "play" all day. Well, we did take a lunch break and go get our usual crafting meal...Chic-Fil-A.
I made some Valentine's today but can only post my hubby's right now. I wanted something sweet but not too frilly. He does not do frilly at all...only wants manly man cards. I think this one will qualify. What do you think?
I used the Love You Much set for this card. I colored the "love birds" with my prisma markers. The little heart was colored directly on the stamp with a Ruby Red marker. I used the Splitcoast Sketch Challenge 265 for this layout.
The present man in the cute brown uniform came and visited me yesterday. He was a great site for my eyes...that big brown box he was carrying made my heart skip a beat and my feet move a bit faster. Stampin' Up! even has a saying on their box, "Caution: opening box may cause extreme excitement." How right they are! Needless to say, I was full of excitement. Now I just need to find more time to play with all my goodies.
It is now time to head downstairs and start making dinner. Hope to come back to my wonderful craft room later this evening and see if there is more creativity for me today.
Have a great day/evening,
Pam~

The chocolatey color scheme "toughens" the card up perfectly :)
