Riding Rich, Certainly ....

This week we are hosting a color challenge at the Pals Paper Arts.  This is an awesome set of colors to play with.

PPA 80 Celebrity Color Challenge Feb 3 2011

I was looking through my binder of stamped images to see what I wanted to use this week when Flight of the Butterfly just flew off the page and was saying play with me.  Wow, these colors are perfect for a butterfly, flowers and so much more.  So come on over to PPA and join in the fun.

My inky fingers went to work and created this ...

Stamps:  Flight of the Butterfly, Itty Bitty Bits
Paper:  Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery, Riding Hood Red
DSP:  Rich Razzleberry
Ink:  Rich Razzleberry, Certainly Celery, Riding Hood Red
Accessories:  polka dot embossing folder, scallop border, corner rounder and itty bitty punch, Certainly Celery ribbon, stamp-a-ma-jig, dimensionals
All products are Stampin' Up!

Thanks for stopping by and I always love reading your comments.  If you ever have suggestions on how to improve something, please let me know.  I'm always open to becoming a better stamper.  I think my biggest struggle is getting colors to work.  Do you struggle with anything?  Leave me a comment to let me know what you stumps you sometimes.

Have a great day,
Pam~

Oh, those colors are awesome. Of course, Rich Razzleberry is one of my favorites. I would have never used the red with it but it looks great. So, now I would. LOL
Love the stripes and it is a beautiful creation.

As far as colors, I can never seem to make anything with any color of yellow and like it. Ugh! That is one thing I struggle with.

Pam - Just beautiful - I love the layout and butterflies. You created a beautiful visual triangle with the butterflies on the panel, the focal butterflies and the little flower on the lower right corner. Just fabulous!
